Education & Licensing:

• Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine or equivalent)

• Valid license to practice medicine in France

• Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Ordre des Médecins

 Training & Experience:

• Completed general medical training; specialization in Family Medicine is a plus

• Prior experience in general or family practice preferred, but newly qualified doctors with mentorship needs are welcome

• Familiarity with liberal/private practice operations is an advantage

Medical Competence:

• Ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions

• Knowledge of preventive care, patient education, and chronic disease management

• Competence in coordinating care and making specialist referrals as needed

 Skills & Personal Qualities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

• Ability to work autonomously and manage a practice

• Organizational skills for record keeping and scheduling

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to settle in LANDSER or nearby region

• Interest in joining a multidisciplinary medical center

• Commitment to long-term practice and building patient relationships

• Openness to mentorship during the first year

• Readiness to take over an existing patient base
