The Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal d’Aix-Pertuis (CHIAP) is seeking a Neurologist to strengthen its Neurology Department. This position offers the opportunity to practice within a reference public hospital located in a highly attractive and dynamic region in the south of France.


The Neurology service provides general neurology care with a strong neurovascular orientation, including acute stroke management, within a collaborative and multidisciplinary hospital environment.

  • General neurology activity with a neurovascular focus

  • Acute stroke (AVC) management in the emergency phase

  • Inpatient and outpatient neurological consultations

  • Participation in on-call duties according to department organization

  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary medical teams

  • Use of medical information systems and medical coding

  • Medical degree with specialization in Neurology

  • Medical degree with specialization in Neurology

  • DES in Neurology or DIU in Neurovascular Pathologies

  • Eligibility to practice in France (registration with Ordre des Médecins)

  • Strong clinical skills in general neurology and stroke care

  • Ability to work effectively within hospital information systems

  • French language proficiency B1 minimum (support available)
